Veer Bahadur Singh, some efforts were made but due to political causes and interferences this particular field was obstacled continuously from the expansion of the higher education.
In the last years of the 20th century, the respected former M.L.A. Shri Surendra Nath Awasthi focused his attention on legal unawareness and illiteracy of Haidergarh and by his personal efforts Gramyanchal Sewa Samittee was constituted in the auspices of whom sequently Primary, Secondary and Higher Education were commenced by the Gramyanchal Institutions. In deed, energetic and enthusiastic Sri Awasthi ji did not realize satisfaction with the above aforesaid achievements, because still, there was lackness of means of controlling human social behaviour, legal education, technological knowledge and health services. So once again he inspired Gramyanchal Sewa Samittee resulting into the commencement and flourishing of Gramyanchal Law College as professional courses. Gramyanchal Institute of Technology and Management as well as the medical college are going to be established.
The respectable chairperson of Gramyanchal Sewa Samittee Smt. Prema Awasthi translated into reality of the dream of establishment of the Law College from the panorama of her heart in July 2008, for extreme backward domain of Haidergarh having its own cultural identity and the land of communal harmony
