Haidergarh is renowned for its social harmony, solidarity and cultural uniqueness. The pertinent place of the capable Guru Jag Jeevan Shaib the giver of truthfulness to the society, the working place of Sufi Sant Hazi Waris Ali, a symbolic of the Hindu-Muslim Unity & the prey place and land of the Pandavas, Varahavan (Barabanki).This territory of Barabanki is called the heart place of Avadh or Koshal.

In pre-period its relation was with Sultanpur, Raibareli, Dariyabad and Barabanki. Consecutively, but facing the problem of lacuna of legal awareness, illiteracy and superstitions, some social workers and representatives in the 7th decade of 20th century. In the period of Hon'ble Chief Minister. Veer Bahadur Singh, some efforts were made but due to political causes and interferences this particular field was obstacled continuously from the expansion of the higher education.

In the last years of the 20th century, the respected former M.L.A. Shri Surendra Nath Awasthi focused his attention on legal unawareness and illiteracy of Haidergarh and by his personal efforts Gramyanchal Sewa Samittee was constituted in the auspices of whom sequently Primary, Secondary and Higher Education were commenced by the Gramyanchal Institutions. In deed, energetic and enthusiastic Sri Awasthi ji did not realize satisfaction with the above aforesaid achievements, because still, there was lackness of means of controlling human social behaviour, legal education, technological knowledge and health services. So once again he inspired Gramyanchal Sewa Samittee resulting into the commencement and flourishing of Gramyanchal Law College as professional courses. Gramyanchal Institute of Technology and Management as well as the medical college are going to be established.

The respectable chairperson of Gramyanchal Sewa Samittee Smt. Prema Awasthi translated into reality of the dream of establishment of the Law College from the panorama of her heart in July 2008, for extreme backward domain of Haidergarh having its own cultural identity and the land of communal harmony
 
CONSTITUTION
 

Objectives: An original and authentic form of legal education could expand in the society of extremely backward classes, for the law college is the actual supporter of this goal. The methodology for achieving this objective is the regular and comprehensive teaching by the teachers of proven ability. In fact, our aim is to get the definite and desired destination and high degree of decorum along with new dimensions of the process of learning and perception of law courses and to expand the horizon of scope of studies of law. The actual action of these objectives is the regular and comprehensible method of teaching our qualified and approved lectures.
Law College Ground: - The large independent buildings have been constructed for the law three and five years courses. The rooms in this buildings are of standard size, airy, and well equipped with the most modern tools. The atmosphere of the college is peace and pleasing for the study point of view and whole area is covered with the flora and faunna.

Central Library : There is a well equipped library for the law three and five years courses in which there is not only collection of rare books, but also different law journals, magazines, newspapers, reference materials are available of the related country. There is reading hall in the library for the students. The central library and reading hall are well designed with the modern facilities.
Administrative block : There is an administrative block to solve the problems of students of different' courses of the law. In the administrative block there is a different body (Prakosth) with the management room, lecturers room and office to provide the solution of the problems of students.


Sports : Keeping in mind the view of multi dimensional development of sports, there is a private stadium in the college campus with the facilities of different sports and games like wolliball, football, hockey, badminton, cricket etc.
